Supply & installation

SupplyProfessional installationCertification

Installation and certification are carried out by our qualified technicians to the relevant Australian Standards.

A legal requirement, not a nice-to-have. Under AS 3745 Planning for emergencies in facilities, occupied buildings must display evacuation diagrams showing people where they are, how to get out and where to gather. Fire authorities, building surveyors and insurers all check for them, and a diagram that's out of date or missing required elements won't pass.

We handle the whole job — from walking your site to hanging the finished diagram on the wall. No floor plans needed, no drafting on your end, no chasing a separate installer.

How it works

  • We attend site. Our team measures up, walks the exit paths and records the actual location of every extinguisher, hose reel, blanket, alarm point and assembly area. If you have current floor plans we'll work from those instead and save you the site fee.
  • We draft and proof. You get a proof to check equipment positions, exit paths and assembly points before anything goes to print.
  • We print. Durable rigid stock, sized and finished to suit the mounting location.
  • We install. Mounted at the correct height and in the correct positions, each one oriented to its own viewpoint.

Branded to match your site

Compliance doesn't have to look like an afterthought. We finish your diagrams with your logo, business name and corporate colours across the header, border and title block, so they sit properly alongside the rest of your signage and fit-out. Popular with hotels, clubs, corporate offices, retail groups and anyone with a front-of-house standard to maintain.

The safety symbols, exit path markings and colour coding required by the standard stay exactly as specified — branding applies to the surrounding artwork, so the diagram looks like yours without putting compliance at risk.

What's on every diagram

  • "You Are Here" marker oriented to the viewer's actual position
  • Designated exits and directional arrows showing the path of travel
  • Assembly area location and description
  • Location of fire extinguishers, hose reels, blankets and alarm call points
  • Legend of all symbols used
  • Date of validity and the standard referenced
  • Site or building identification

Each mounting position needs its own diagram with the correct orientation — one generic layout repeated around the building doesn't meet the standard, and it's the most common reason a site fails inspection.

Where they're required

  • Offices, retail and hospitality venues
  • Warehouses, factories and workshops
  • Schools, childcare and aged care facilities
  • Strata and residential apartment buildings
  • Any workplace with an emergency plan under AS 3745

Review and currency: diagrams must be reviewed regularly and reissued whenever the building layout, exit paths, equipment locations or assembly areas change. We keep your artwork on file, so a reissue after a fit-out or equipment change is quick and inexpensive.

Multi-site and portfolio work: if you manage several buildings, we can schedule the whole portfolio in one program and keep every site's diagrams current together.

  • Full service from site attendance and measure-up through to mounting on the wall
  • Compliant layout including "You Are Here" orientation, legend, equipment locations and validity date
  • Artwork kept on file, so reissuing after a fit-out or equipment change is quick and low cost
